My deepest belief is that all human thoughts, beliefs, words and actions are sourced either from fear or from love. We all have the capacity to feel fear and when we do we often disconnect from others and in a sense even from ourselves. When we are able to step beyond the fear and take a stand from a place of love our thoughts, words and actions create a new world of possibility for what is good and right for all.

The work of Barrett Values Centre is measuring the values, culture and consciousness of human groups (teams, organizations, governments, NGOs, communities and nations) and providing a framework for dialogue so that all stakeholders can be engaged in dialogue to create the life conditions (culture) that woks for all. For many this process is underpinned by the transformation from fear to love.
