My passion is to enable and encourage a radical new brand of leadership, in people who want to develop the inner power to move from "what can I get" (the mantra of last century) to "what can I give" (the mantra of now). They will have the courage to progress from "being right" to "doing the right thing for the future of the planet.” They in turn will enable millions to emerge from consumerism to regeneration – which is what the planet needs now, beyond sustainability.
